NSW:Hunt for de facto kidnapper
Police are hunting for a man who kidnapped a woman in the New South Wales Hunter Valley
yesterday.
The 24-year-old woman was in Barton Street in Kurri Kurri at about four o'clock yesterday
afternoon when a 35-year-old man .. believed to be her former de facto .. grabbed her
and dragged her into a laneway before forcing her into a vehicle.
The man then drove her to a home at Ellalong where officers found the woman in the
yard after witnesses called police.
The kidnapper is described as Caucasian .. 183 to 188 centimetres tall and is thin.
He has a fair complexion and no facial hair.
Anyone who sees him shouldn't approach him but contact police immediately.
